She negotiated on our behalf in the utmost professional manner. She gave insightful and very valid suggestions that were paramount to our buying experience. Julia did a wonderful job for me when looking for a new home. Her knowledge of the area that we were looking in was top notch. Julia shined when we went looking at a New Build community. The builder was trying to nickle and dime me and force me into a lot that I wasn’t 100% sure about. Not being 100% satisfied Julia was able to get my earnest deposit back and she skip a beat. Instead of being upset that I didn’t follow through with the purchase, Julia offered me support and guidance to move on the next property. After a few more months of looking, ironically we ended back at the same new community as more lots opened up. We thought we had finally come to terms as we locked down the nicest lot in the neighborhood, but I still had my reservations on the final purchase price. After crunching my numbers I regretfully backed out of the purchase and Julia was able to get my earnest deposit back again. I have never met a Realtor that worked so hard, and stayed so upbeat even when I was backing out. It was comforting that she looked that she wanted to take care and support, not just a client!! Julia is amazing! We chose to work with her because she is trustworthy and hard working. We live out-of-state, and knew that she would provide outstanding service for us although we were 1,300 miles away! We let her know a few months ahead of time we were thinking of selling our home. She kept a close eye on the market and was honest with us when it fluctuated, letting us know if it was a buyers market vs. a sellers market. She didn’t sugar coat things. When it was time to sell, she did a detailed comparative analysis so we could price our home competitively and appropriately.
In the short time our home was on the market, she held at least three open houses on different days of the week and during different time frames, giving potential buyers plenty of options to view the home; not to mention the numerous times she scheduled viewings.
The contractor referrals she provided were great as well. She provided a referral for a trustworthy and professional home inspector. Being in the residential home development industry, I was very impressed with his report. The other contractors she referred whom I was impressed by included a handyman, insect and bug control, roofing and stucco repair. They provided reasonably priced quotes and performed outstanding workmanship.
Living out of state and selling a home can be very stressful, but Julia and her team made it as easy and convenient as possible.

Julia has been a great help in finding a home for my parents and I. After sending us a list of houses and pictures to look through with our preferred filters, we were able to find houses quickly.
When doing our house walk-throughs, she was helpful in advising us on certain things about them. My parents are from PA, and I’ve never bought a house in AZ, so it was really helpful to hear her knowledge about how the house was made, how they were laid out, and some of the reasoning behind certain floor plans.
During the contract signing, she was able to score a good negotiation with the agency considering that the house was bank-owned. We were in constant communication, and she updated me frequently on how the process was going.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a smooth ride in buying a house. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we didn’t want, and felt comfortable when asking her questions.

My husband and I had been searching for our first home for a few months, and enlisted in Julia’s help to find the perfect match. While the process of buying a home can be somewhat stressful (and we were extremely set in what we wanted), Julia made our home buying experience easy and painless. She was very knowledgable and her ability to listen to our wants and needs and translate that into showing us the right homes was a blessing and time-saver. Once we found our dream home Julia wasted no time on beginning negotiations. She kept us appraised throughout the negotiation process with late night and early mornings calls and updates, and was able to quickly wrap up the sale all while saving us a significant amount of money. Let’s start by saying Julia from gessner valentine team was persistent with taking me on as a customer. She continued to stay in touch with my selling needs for a long time prior to even me listing the property with her, this showed me a commitment on her part to sell my home. After 6+ months of staying in touch I finally decided to pull the trigger and sell my property. After having listed the property twice before with no offers and horrible realtor experience I decided to give her a chance only due to her being persistent and keeping my needs in mind. From step 1 till the property was sold (not to mention she sold the place in 10 days which others couldn’t sell even in 3 months) I was extremely happy with her services. Even after the property was sold she was very informative during the closing process to make sure we made educated decisions. Word to the wise, if you want your property sold, hire her. Otherwise there are plenty of other realtors that will waste your time and once you hire them not give you time of the day. so choice is yours!!

Julia worked with me in the purchase of my Chandler home while I was still living out of state. I was quite tense about the whole purchase process, but Julia worked me through the entire process and made the experience excellent! There were many points at which the deal could have gone “off the tracks” but Julia negotiated every step with the seller and, even during the repairs following the home inspection, kept the deal moving forward. I found the seller to be amenable and I attribute that to his realization that my agent was pushing for a fair deal. I’m thrilled with my Chandler home, and would recommend Julia to anyone who needs a responsive realtor!
