Julia was asked to walk us through the entire process of buying and selling a home and to provide her professional opinion along the way. She negotiated on our behalf in the utmost professional manner. She gave insightful and very valid suggestions that were paramount to our buying experience. Julia has excellent negotiation skills. She is prompt in returning calls or correspondence and a good listener. She is easy to talk to and is good at explaining things that I don't understand. I highly recommend!

Julia did a wonderful job for me when looking for a new home. Her knowledge of the area that we were looking in was top notch. Julia shined when we went looking at a New Build community. The builder was trying to nickle and dime me and force me into a lot that I wasn't 100% sure about. Not being 100% satisfied Julia was able to get my earnest deposit back and she skip a beat. Instead of being upset that I didn't follow through with the purchase, Julia offered me support and guidance to move on the next property. After a few more months of looking, ironically we ended back at the same new community as more lots opened up. We thought we had finally come to terms as we locked down the nicest lot in the neighborhood, but I still had my reservations on the final purchase price. After crunching my numbers I regretfully backed out of the purchase and Julia was able to get my earnest deposit back again. I have never met a Realtor that worked so hard, and stayed so upbeat even when I was backing out. It was comforting that she looked that she wanted to take care and support, not just a client!! As soon as I am 100% ready to buy my next house, there will be only one person I work with; Julia Gessner.
